He previously served as Counselor to the Attorney General, and was an Assistant U.S. Attorney for the Northern District of Ohio. Jason was also Deputy Solicitor General of Ohio, and clerked for two esteemed Sixth Circuit Judges, Judge Eric Murphy and Judge Alice Batchelder.
