As a Judge on the Federal District Court in Colorado, Dan has displayed an exemplary record of protecting Citizens’ Constitutional Rights. Before becoming a Judge, Dan spent a decade as Colorado’s Solicitor General where he defended Colorado’s Taxpayer Bill of Rights, and challenged Radical Government Overreach.
